Easing up

I feel that my not-so-pleasant vibrations are a consequence of me trying too hard. It takes some persistence, but when I relax, everything goes back to normal, and I feel a slight vibration, not just in brain stem, neck and shoulders, but throughout my entire body. After a while, the vigorous shaking comes back, I ease into it, and so. I guess it takes more practice.

BTW, I am suffering from mild tinnitus, so I'm hearing/feeling a soft hiss 24/7. It makes it a little hard to feel and hear other tingling sensations.
