needing some information please

ok so, I guess some may know I'm a bit new and familer with energy work. I'm trying to get more of a understanding of what i'm doing and grow on it. unfortunelty i'm not so good with explaining or being clear but i'll do my best.

ok so, right now I'm studining a book called the 'Art and Science of Personal magnatism', has anyone heard of it? the woman who reccomneded me to robert bruce also recommeneded this book as well, in fact she recommended it ALOT. you can read it for free at psitek.net it's a old book in e book form it's really informative, direct and full of things you should know.

has anyone read it? it touches on a subject about 'projecting nerve force' which basically talks about putting your attention on your body or your aura in order to strengthen it.

Since I now know that I can develop my energy body by doing energy work I had a question, I thorize that the energy is a muscle and can be developed and worked, does anyone know if you can strengthen your aura by working on it energetically or is the aura simply the "inside energy coming out?"

I don't have the answer to your question (as I haven't read the book) but in my opinion it's not so much as a muscle, but more like an emanation. However, since energy can be moved by will, it is my opinion that by moving it you do strengthen it, not necessarily by making it 'stronger' because solidity is a physical attribute, and stiff solidity is not something I would want from my energy body, but by making it flow more clearly and be more responsive to my thought.
Just an opinion...

i guess what i meant to say was, since the body is made up of ions, that energy could be worked as if it was a muscle.

acually i just thought of a good uestion i needed to ask. Ok so, I'm very healthy. I'm the only one in my family who doesn't need any type of medication, I 'rarely' get sick, or feel tired or any of that. also I can do the basics of enegy work and movement fairly well, I say basics only because I don't know exactly what basic is but it's kinda basic to me though.

yet there are many who live with a constant energy flowing through them along with their psychic powers, so i'm wondering. what stage am I at that i'm able to retain my health and immunity or sickness but not able to do which other are doing as far as those more skilled then me.

I don't know how the development process is suppose or can unfold. What I mean to ask was, I read how another member stated they lived with such a connection with their energy that it was a constant feeling through out their body.

I was told that the better energy flow you had the healther you would be, or the more resitant to sickness. I've felt a feeling of being submerged in warm water before during meditation, I'm guessing thats the feeling, but it's not a contant thing for me.

so I don't know if my health has anything to do with my energy flow/body or not. some time ago I asked this to a tai chi gong master he told me I must have had alot of pre birth jing. my understanding of it is, if I'm healthy I should have a good flow, but I'm not living in a constant feeling with it as another member described.

It was weird because the chi gong master told me a couple of times I had energy blockages, which really confused me

Ok, tell you what: I'll give you a link to Robert's NEW tutorial, and I'll give you a general guideline to what you're supposed to feel/etc.
The object of the techs that you'll read about is a little different than TaiChi or QiGong, in that you don't have to tailor your breathing to move the energy, but it is helpful if you do (I do it).
In the beginning the purposes of the exercises is to teach you to move energy throughout your energy body, and you are expected to feel something- it can vary from strong tingling to almost nothing. If you don't feel much it's ok, it means that you don't have many blockages.
Energy movement may vary from body part to body part- in my case, the feet and hands are the most sensitive, other people report different levels on intensity on other parts. Since we're all different, it may be different for you. This is fine.
The purpose of the exercises is to help you feel energy, and to help you move it. As you do more and more energy movement exercises, the e-body will be more under your conscious control, you may become sensitive to whatever might go wrong physically (like an early warning system)
The exercises may activate energy centers and unblock whatever may be blocked, and things may come up that alert you to things you have to take care of.
As a side effect, you may get better at doing other things- I for example, got better at trancing, and my backaches got better when I learned to do the full body circuit (which is similar to the MCO). If you are having Kundalini effects, energy work may help.

i was reading about auras, what does electrical reistance have to do with your aura or energy body?

IMO? Nothing. Electrical resistance has to do with the physical properties of your physical body- how much electricity can go through your skin or over it (galvanic response) or any other type of resistance to current through your body. Your bones will have different resistance than, say the blood, and the cells will have a different resistance than either. The aura can be many things, but I don't think it's electricity as we know it- if it were it would be easy to detect and part of accepted science. But it isn't. But then again, I don't know what it is either- only that some people can see them, and others don't.
