Our planet crawls with spirits. They are everywhere. But most are doing their own thing. The nearest you'll find in 'easily accessible' spirits are found in the practice of magical evocation. The spirits listed in Franz Bardon's book, PME (Practices of Magical Evocation) are the safest to use, as they are spirits that have agreed to be helpful as 'training spirits'. I recommend you work through Franz Bardon's training guide 'Initiation Into Hermetics' first, as that training is necessary to approach PME.
