my OBE is getting shorter and shorter?

Hi Robert,

I am new member here also very new to astral travel. I had astral projection in the first day I attended my class in my city. Afterwards, it happend 4 to 6 times so far. Some are lucid dream, some are astral projection. But my astral travel time is just reduce once after another. Last time I awake from my dream ( lucid dream) and realised I am in my dream, but very soon I get back to my physical body as well.

Question? why my astral projection experience always abort during the transition process? It is very sad as I really enjoyed the flying part and visiting physical world friends part.
