I am starting day 1 as my book arrived at around 12pm I have had to start from the evening exercise, the relaxing the parts of the body and already I feel different.... Hard to explain......
I will keep track of my process going to stay on week 1 day 1 for a few days and then progress onto day 2....
Looking forward for my first OBE experince..
