Will the Q-link fix this serious problem?

Hello! My name is Camron and i'm 20 years old. I'm going to make this post as short as possible. I've been doing energy work for the last 4 years after receiving your book "Astral Dynamics". I've noticed during my energy sessions that my surroundings around me tend to unleash a popping noise in response to my exercises. My mp3 player often responds the energy with a disruptive sharp BEEP! randomly during my session. It never does that during practical use. I've come to the conclusion that my energy field is unstable or chaotic. I have anxiety problems and OCD. Fluorescent lighting has a huge impact on me. I've suffered through high school and now I'm afraid college will be the same. Headaches, lack of insight and thinking. I come home feeling like a zombie. After 2 days off of work or school i would feel great again and actually have motivation. Am I in desperate need of a Q-link?
