Started with NEW, to pulse meditation.

Now I can just listen to certain type of music and have an intention
to trigger the rapid heart beat, and it happens. Iv'e been experimenting
with it for days now and it works.

So I was thinking of creating something more NEW from this I would
call 'Pulse Meditation'.

This is on the drawing board, but the thing with pulse meditation
is to create a technique to activate the heart chakra as fast as possible
and with minimal effort.

Some christian lady contacted me on youtube after listening to
soundfiles Iv'e made. Wanted me to send it, because she wanted to
meditate also. I didn't know christians meditated.

Anyways; I wanted to share the soundfiles with others, so they can
get an idea of what this 'rapid heart beat' is like, if trying to vizualize
it with sounds.

Here's me chanting the OM mantra to some backround music
and fading in the pulsing heart beat. I'm gonna make different
versions of this and longer ones later.

Here is the track without any Mantra. This is good for getting into
a relaxing mind voyage like state. It's the track that automatic
triggers my heart chakra. Not sure why really, but guess it could
be assosiation, like with pavlos dog.
