Your new Energy book

How are you? Hope everything's well.

I got 2 questions:

1. I was wondering if your new Energy Work book goes further, more in depth, then the NEW web-documents and Astral Dynamics, as far as that is possible.

2. I like to stimulate my energybody with my mind alone. That is, without the awareness hands. I am able to use the hands too, but find it easier to use the mind alone. Including stimulating primary chakra's.

What is your view on this? Do you recommend to use awareness hands anyway or was it more a tool to make energy work easier for people?
