I made a CD that plays the affirmations over and over again, to listen to on my way to and from work. So I listen to the morning ones on my way to work and then the night ones on my way home. My commute is about 1 hour either way. Is that enough affirmations work or should I say the affirmations along with the CD too? Obviously it's better to say it along with the CD, I am asking if it is sufficient to just listen to it.
I hate to make you work, but affirmations should be written, read to yourself, and repeated along with the CD also. Affirmations are how you speak to your subconscious, and they will be more effective if you combine the written word (a picture for your subconscious, besides the 'heard' part), and when you say it, you are putting our intention behind it. So if you don't say them in the am do it in the pm and look at the piece of paper before going to sleep- sort of like a 'snapshot.'
