Tantra, Taoist Sexual Practices, etc?

Every spring my hormones seem to rage like a dog in heat. Not sure if this happens to you but it seems to be my natural ebb and flow. This spring, rather than just attacking the wife every night and oogling at every woman I see, I am thinking about trying to channel some of that energy into a better practice.

Tantra, Taoist Sexuality, and books by Mantak Chia like "The multi orgasmic man" seem to be calling to me this year. Anyone read books on this this or practice? Any advice on a good place for a newbie to start.

I don't wish for this conversation to go raunchy or lewd, just looking for some sincere input should you have any.
