Cannot control ENERGY in my hands when going to focus 10

Hi Guys, I have a big problem. As iam getting better by the day. I stumbled upon a problem and need your help.
when going to focus 10 i lie still in my bed and then suddenly when calming the body to reach focus 10. I get a sparks of energy through my hands! big bursts of energy, i cannot control and have to use my hands lift it up or something. The feeling is descibed as tinteling but full of energy. Then I Lose focus and my meditation to focus 10 fails!

How can i prevent this ?

Hi Vitesh. I would say that you are becoming clairvoyant and seeing the energy radiating from your hands.
First, would you tell me what are you trying to accomplish with this meditation to focus 10- are you trying to phase, have an OBE, or simply meditation for it's own sake?
If I were going to decide something is wrong (I don't think anything is, btw) I would guess you need to do whole-body energy work, (such as sponging NEW), to balance out the energy imbalances, and some grounding.
But first I need to know what your desired outcome is.

I am using The Hemisync Gateway Voyage for OBE experiences and inner self control. TMI is not clear enough with a solution to my problems.
I relative new to all of this, but I have experienced some blissfull states already. I suffer from the Old hag syndrom almost everyday. So it is easier for me to use hemi-sync to get into the states. The only problem now is the enerhy buildup. :(

I get the energy in my hands(elbow) region it is so strong that i have move my hands in an explosive way. After yesterday the last focus 10 meditation the energy build up so much that i still feel it 12 hours later in my hands. The feeling is driving me crazy, because of i can`t control it.

Then I have some advice for some of your symptoms:
First, learn NEW and sponging, and learn to move energy so you can redirect it all over your body; do a fair amount of grounding before starting on your bb work.
Second, experiment with different positions- it's possible that the position you're laying/sitting may be causing circulation problems, and trance makes any sensation stronger.
Thirdly, some binaural beats (in my case, it's the light relaxation inducers) cause body sensations, like your muscles begin to strobe with the beats- very fast, and it can be distracting. I found that the 'deeper' relaxation audios don't have this effect on me, so you may be having a similar problem.

One thing I have found (I used to suffer from sp/hag), and found that sponging put more control on my energy body, and I was more apt to react positively to these events, and to either end them or to turn them into OBEs (much more difficult).
One method that never fails for me is to wiggle my big toe when this happens- it makes everything stop.

If you need instructions for NEW and sponging, I can provide them for you.

I am understanding it better now, if you could provide me some NEW and sponging information. I will have a go and try it.
Now Iam going to try an other position, see if that helps. I dont to overload myself with to much information that why i am asking someone like you for help. because there is so much information out there!

So what you mean is that i have to try and reroute the energy to grounding or other parts of my body. I will give that a try also.
