Instead of projecting astrally, bring the astral to you!
Dear Mr. Bruce,
It's remarkable to notice that there exist different opinions to some extent among channeling sources with regard to astral projection.
For instance Seth is telling us to practice and do it as often as possible in order to grow spiritually. So does Elias.
However Kryon is stating that it's not necessary to project astrally because we are going anyway into the new density.
He says: "... Instead of projecting astrally, bring the astral to you! You can have the very same out-of-body feeling, but bring the "out" to your body! Create "now" where everything is right in front of you and you don't have to go anywhere. So don't travel, just expand!..."

I'm very interested in what you think about these statements from Kryon and "Claude".

everyone, and every spirit, is welcome to their own opinion.
It sounds like these spirits are giving advice to project another way. Bringing the astral to you is much like mental wandering, using clairvoyance to astral travel. This is a bit like 'remote eye projection' mentioned in my work on the astral, where you perceive something like a remote eye camera that moves according to your will. You are still in your body, but your minds eye view is elsewhere.
