Should I be strongly earthed when raising Kundalini

Does being strongly earthed during a Kundalini raising session help or hinder the process of raising Kundalini.

I am strongly earthed during sleep and when doing some of my daily energy work, but I am not sure if I should be strongly earthed during Kundalini raising attempts.

Has anyone raised Kundalini while being strongly earthed to a good earthing point? (water pipe, main earth connection...etc.)

it is easy to raise kundalini under a tree, i have found. meditating...

When you raised Kundalini under a tree, did you have any bare skin in contact with the earth or grass or the tree bark?

from memory i was wearing a tracksuit :)
