Spirit blockage

When i was 16 back in 1998 i went to a Flea market and i bought an old antique Ouija board.Me and my freinds started using it and we came in contact with a spirit that called its self Zoozox.I continued to use the board alone as the spirit became more sinister and caused anslow heavy feeling around my arms.I eventually tried to rebuke the spirit in christs name,then i felt a heavy vice feeling around my head,and a heavy pain.When ever i do anything psychic or magickal,or occultic the spirit comes back and puts pain around my head with heaviness .I need help to fix this breach and violation with local spirits so that i can pursue my occult and spiritualism interests.Id like to meet someone who can walk between worlds and ask the spirit what it wants and what kind of offering i can give so that it will leave me alone.
