Is Raising Kundalini for me?

Dear Robert,

I have a long history (over 10 years) of serious neg attachments and disturbances. I have seen many shamans, psychics, and similar to try to help me, but not really any long term results. I've come to terms that I am the only one who will find my way.

My question is: will raising Kundalini help me on my quest? or will it make things worse?

I have tried numerous meditation trainings including your energy work, monroes Cd trainings, clarivision trainings and many others with little to no success, mainly because negs keep holding me back.
