Unable to upload pics

if i upload pics its met with the mssg that i've run out of quota , so i deleted an entire album and then took off pics from the remaining one - nothing doing still the same message.

Sum of all attachments owned by psionickx: 1.78 MB (now thats a remarkably small allowance by any standard).

Hmmmmm. I'm trying to find out where that's set (I don't recall having seen it at all, and certainly didn't set it, so it must have a stupidly low default). I can't see it anywhere, and I can't find much information on it via Google. I will keep it in mind, though, when I've got a few minutes to spare again.
