involuntary muscle movement

hello guys
when i try to relax i feel involuntary muscle movement, specially in my legs and hips.....
its like slight jerk....a shock...i think you guys have felt this type of sensations too......do you have any solution for it.....?
and one more thing....my right leg rests in a different position compare to left leg...its like more bent at knee......its probably more tensed ......that might be one of the reasons of those involuntary muscle movements.....but i am not sure.....there can be other reasons too
any suggestion.....?
