Doing the daily MAP exercises in the morning?
it's easier for me to do them in the morning, what do you think - is there going to be a problem with that?
also, i'm doing a yoga-like exercises called the five tibetian rites, any ideas what would be better - to do them before or after the MAP exercises?

I don't see any problem with energy work in the morning- in fact, I think that it's good and helps you with your daily activities. But for the relaxation/affirmation part, I suggest doing those before bedtime.

If those are the ones I think they are, I suggest you do them before NEW. They will 'open up' & clear channels for NEW to flow better. But experiment with what works for you.
