Diminished energy (from time to time)

Hey:

This is one of those days I can hardly work with NEW just to feel nothing. I think that's related with physical exhaustion (exercise, sex, heavy meals...), but I cannot assure it.

The question is: in such cases, what do you do to bust the inner energy?

Sometimes you're just not going to feel anything. Other times you can change the 'object' you're using- instead of a sponge or energy ball, try using metal ball bearings, or a metal 'scrub brush'. If all else fails, lay on the floor, with your arms up (on the sides of your head) and run your energy from hands (the highest point) to feet (the lowest point.) This almost always gives me feedback.

I too have had these days. For the past week I have not been able to do much of anything with my energies. But try writing. This always helps be I never used to be into writing down my feelings or anything like that, but now I realize that a lot of it is really good for clensing. If you don't want to write about you... just watch a documentary on something useful and write about that. This usually works for me.
