Genital Center Stimulation

So I'm on week four at the moment doing the primary center stimulation exercises. I decided to experiment a little with opening the genital center and while I did experience some arousal, it was a very open, freeing, happy type of arousal that felt unique and healthier than the type of arousal I normally experience. I did not find it distracting or disruptive from continuing the energy work on the other centers. Is it a bad idea to continue stimulating it going forward as long as I don't find it a distraction? I feel weird skipping an energy center and enjoyed the experience of adding it in.

I have sexual trauma in my past and opening the center felt really healthy and freeing for me. It was like opening up a part of me that has been closed off. But I don't want to cause any issues with the projection later on.
