I've just ordered myself a new copy of Robert's Energy Work.
(I've given away two copies so far)
In the past i only experimented with it a little. I never did develop a proper routine with it.
It's my intention to give this the proper attention it deserves now, and i'll document my progress here.
Should be rather interesting as my energy awareness is at an all-time high right now... :cool:
