A method for removing attatched entities
On montalk.net, near the bottom of an artical about negative spiritual creatures, I found a method for removing negative entites that involves entering a trance, an obe, and then shocking negative creatures with what montalk calls "divine power".

I'm wondering if you've used the above or similar methods for removing negative spirits and if or if not you'd reccomend trying the method montalk mentioned on his website.
