i've got 2 questions and i hope u can help me
first one is how much should i do the New exercises weather its stimulating energy or raising energy ?
and my second question is about the sponging action i didnt quite get what Mr.Robert meant by it
he said imagine like you're holding a sponge and sponging energy ((through))up your legs i mean should i imagine the energy is moving on the surface of my leg skin with that sponge?or should i imagine im holding a sponge the can move ((through ))inside my legs and raise that energy ?i just need more explanation and thanks alot
