practical use for obe?

I am in week 8 of map and have had 5 obes 4 from the dream state where I go back to my body from a dream and most recently while listening to the generator and doing rope I did exit from my head by the way good call. My question is how do I use this for spiritual or psychic development are there teachers in that world that can be accessed. When I'm there I don't know what to do I just flyaround look at my surroundings. I've tried to see people here on earth begin to move at incredible speeds but I think I get sidetracked on my way the places I end up in are always beautiful and populated and aware of my presence I want to get the most out of this but don't know how

Make commands when out of body, to be taken to places, to be taken to a teacher, etc.
