Would you consider writing a sort of 'Physical plane self defence manual' or 'A physical plane survival guide for sensitives'? Or can you recommend any such books that exist?

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on how to thrive in this world which is so dominated by people who are perhaps not quite as sensitive as some.

Topics may include: thriving at work - working with non-sensitives, how not to feel drained in social situations, etc.
