So your saying it's possible to appear as a ghost or maybe even physically while projecting? I would be interested in trying to do this when I get more experience at this. Do you know what would need to be done to do this?

To do this requires a lot of energy, so extensive energy work and development would be a good start.

You would need to project from a very stable mind awake body asleep state, after activating all chakras.

At this level of activation, during a Real Time OBE, the chakra activity (throbbing) is felt in the projected double, especially the heart center.
