My left hand was injured a few days ago. The side where the thumb connects to the wrist is numb and tingly, because it was severely squeezed at the vein.
I'm praying for no nerve damage and full recovery!

You're just a walking injury factory lately, m'boy! Not long ago you got that horrendous head/face injury and now your hand. What are you trying to tell yourself (or the Universe trying to tell you?)
In any event, yes, of course your hand/joint will heal perfectly and with no lasting ill effect or lingering injury. All is well, and all will be well, and all is well. And so it is.
