scared of what i don't know

this post is so different than what i wrote this morning.
for me i had a chakra problem. i never felt anything in my back or been in the state i just eneded because of a fear feeling.
i was on cd 2, i normaly don't get much energy pass my ips, but after reading today that opposing energy movement can help i did it, i mean one ball goes down the other one goes up.
i did it in my leg, then i could feel the heat generated in my body.
then moved in my genital chakra, didnt feel much so for me it dosnt work still. then made a ball in my back... Sweet jesus, my back was like the most tight clothes you will ever wear in your body, as soon as the ball move , the feeling was greater, my head was like full of something in the left side a bit painful , even now. just the left side i decided that the back too intense moved to navel, felt like floating, i was hearing kind of music someone playing music like very far, srange noise but so far, i got scared after reading all the cftraveller stuff i knew i wasnt far to obe, i got really really scared then all the energy was gone... gone ...

You got yourself into trance when doing energy work and snapped out of it when you freaked. The energy isn't gone, you just stopped feeling it. When you're in trance energy sensations can become very pronounced, and when you snapped out of it the feedback went away also.
