It's remarkable to notice that there exist different opinions to some extent among channeling sources with regard to astral projection.

For instance Seth is telling us to practice and do it as often as possible in order to grow spiritually. So does Elias.

However Kryon is stating that it's not necessary to project astrally because we are going anyway into the new density.
He says: "... Instead of projecting astrally, bring the astral to you! You can have the very same out-of-body feeling, but bring the "out" to your body! Create "now" where everything is right in front of you and you don't have to go anywhere. So don't travel, just expand!..."

"Higher vibrating energies are now penetrating the physical realm in order to transform it" Why project astrally anyway for that matter? This information has been given to us by a French medium called "Claude" some thirty years ago.

I'm very interested in what you think about these statements from Kryon and "Claude".
