How have others started?

Hi, I am trying to find out how other people have started this program. Maybe someone can go threw the steps they took? I just want to get a little insight other then my own of how to go about this. I have the book but reading and doing are two different things for me, I just want to make sure I do this right, and not think im doing it right but am actualy doing it wrong.

Hi Ilius. I am not sure I understand the question, since the MAP book is an instruction book, which you read and do the exercises as described. Unless you are talking about the CD set?

Well, if you have any questions or doubts about the exercises as they are described, there are more resources to look up in the main site under astral projection and energy work, and of course this forum. But the program itself is self-explanatory.
