Well, this is what I think:
Many entities cannot manifest when the water is running. Therefore, I would say that you experienced what is known as 'Matrixing'-something that happens when the fan is on, the shower, or any kind of 'background noise' generation. Sometimes the shower may put you in a sort of 'trance' where whatever you hear can be also felt as tactile stimulation, and if you have been listening to binaural beats or meditating a lot can put you in a 'receptive' state of mind, where the slightest thing that is 'off' can make you think something else is going on.
If you feel better about using some protection, I would recommend incense or a sage smudge, or a blessing of your religious preference, but I think in this case you should listen to Beam and just try to ignore it.

Wow, I never heard that some enitites can't manifest with water. That's interesting. But, thanks! That makes sense because some occasions I do use binaurial beats to induce trances. Thanks CF

Spirits touching me with their hands happens to me everyday. They are usually young women from what I feel. They are not unpleasant.

Yes I meant deceased people. My english is far from perfect.

1 year with annoying spirits I would find pretty long. But that's just my opinion.

In my apartment the bathroom feels like the only space where lost spirits don't enter.

No problem with the english And I actually have started to feel the energy fading, but maybe it's just me. My bedroom has most of the enrgy/ activity now.

So, I've been thinking and my sister was telling me about one of her friend's mom's stories of ghosts and realized that my complete fear of entities is a bit irrational. I think movies like paranormal activity that I have seen have given me "prejudices" against entities and I think that all are bad. I have to know that many are good... I think that will take a while to realize...

Unfortunately, movies don't really show what happens when stuff really does, and even the ones that bill themselves as 'true' stories really aren't. So don't believe them.

Let me quote the book of Job: That which I feared the most has come upon me.

In other words, spending your energy on fear makes whatever you fear that much more likely to be manifested in your experience. In this case, maybe it is or is not an entity, but you can most certainly manifest the EXPERIENCE of a scary entity.

Point blank, movies are movies. They're designed to frighten you. That's the whole point of them. They're created by writers, directors, camera operators, actors, sound specialists, lighting technicians, makeup artists, and special effects people with computers, and many other behind-the-scenes technical people. A "paranormal" movie is no more real than a romantic comedy or an action flick or any other genre.

Just saying.
