Don't even think that you have a physical body. Just think out of it, plan where you wanna go, where you wanna be, think it would be nice to be out of the body. Try to roll your body, it everytime works for me and rises the vibrations too Just keep on telling that its gonna happen sooner or later everynight to yourself.
You are forcing to have some kind of multiple projections while your rolling ur eyes and swallowing I guess (in my point of view), after some practices you can be able to swallow and project without breaking the projection. Just don't risk your first shoot, its really important.

Hi CFTraveler! I'm going really good, thanks for your helps. Just yesterday I got lovely vibrations again. But couldnt got out because I have a really stressful life nowadays, but having vibrations and rolling side to side was good too
