rolling pin

can i use an image of rolling pin instead of blue energy ball or sponge in sponging action....?

i mean like i am running this inside my limb.....is it alright.....? can i use it.......?
can i use it for raising energy and all too......?

I hadnt thought of rolling things inside me. That works quite well. As I type I'm rolling the insides of my legs with a minature paint roller as if my legs are hollow.

There's no right and wrong(as I see it). Energy follows awareness and all these techniques are just ways to concentrate awareness on specific parts of your energy body. Use whatever works for you.
