guys i have tried relaxation before but i have never felt anything like this.......
from the 1st day of map program i am noticing that my left leg is feeling a bit heavy and tense......i am feeling that its like my left leg is more sensitive than right leg
just a thought is enough to make it tense.......i just have to think and keep my legs still and i will start feeling rushing sensations in my left leg........
now i am on day 15 and today i noticed that my left foot's toes(except big toe) are curled downward automatically......
now this is really disturbing because this super sensitivity is causing involuntary muscle movements too.....
and from the 2nd week i am feeling pain in my left medial epicondyle (other side of elbow lol....why dont people call it elbow pit).......and i actually never had this pain,it started from 2nd week
and the reason i see for it is probably no movement in my left arm.......
guys pls help me......
