always end up dreaming

whenever i try my astral projection techniques after waking up int he morning, i always end up dreaming where im in my room but random things start to appear that are not really here in this physical plane, for example: i wud have relatives in my house that are not here & will be doing strange things that they wudn't normally do......plz help what can i do to start having OBE's instead of dreams?

how long have you been practicing, and how hard, and how often?

What you describe sounds like false awakenings. If so, it's best to get into the habit of reality checks whenever you get up in the morning.
