This morning as my ex. was leaving for work in a Taxi, i internally heard the words 'all aboard the skylark' ...from the T.V.series Noah & Nelly.

I had just been triggered 'HUGELY' by my ex.'s selfish ongoing behaviour & feel i am at breaking point with him (yet again !!!) lots of load shouting (from me) pursued & i 'think' he 'got' the seriousness of it, guess will we find out next time he is home...

As i was listening to the Hamster song, & listening to the lyrics - 'that's all there is to it' - i had the sense of my father's presence, 'he' was saying these words

When i was a child he would attempt to teach me maths, it was a 'slow, difficult process' for us both, even though maths was 'my subject'

Also the other evening when i was self engaging & was internally able to hear 'spoken words', i felt the brief 'presence' of my pop (grandad), although he was not associated with any of the words i heard, he seemed to 'pop' in briefly to help me. i had began to get 'silly repetitive banter mind-talking thoughts' & his brief presence seemed to halt / change this pattern

my dad & pop are deceased, both 'passed' in 1989...

my little life-essencial passed on 28/07/15- he stopped breathing at 4.03pm... he was lying on his left side on my bed, myself & 'my only dog now' rome were with zen during this time ..... so much sorrow, heartbreak , he was 16 & a half yrs. he wud have been 17yrs had he made till 5th Nov.
