benefits of AP

I'm not sure if this goes in this section or if the thread has already ben made.

I got curious and wanted to know all the beneifts of practcing AP. I know a few but I wanted to know the rest. I know that it can causes major shift in the energy body and activate psychic abilites, I don't know this form experience just from being told

Something I didn't see in them (but I may have overlooked it) is the real-world benefit of seeing your subconscious represented objectively (if symbolically) - this is very helpful for self exploration.

I don't think it's possible to quantify "all the benefits" of anything, particularly something as personal and esoteric as AP/OBE.

But the bottom line is that what you gain is experience, and experience leads to wisdom/knowledge and, for many people, various forms of growth. Experience is the only reason we're here, as far as I can see. I don't know if the wisdom/knowledge ends up meaning anything or if it's just a by-product. Same with growth. But every single being that has ever lived, however briefly, or will ever live, has one thing in common: experience. Not the same experiences, but still, the essence of life is experience.

AP/OBE opens the door to all kinds of different and unusual experiences. In my opinion, that's the biggest benefit, right there.
