I had great success with seeing energy more vividly. Let me explain.

remember that discussion we had about night vision? where I close my eyes in the dark and move my hands and feet and I detect the movement?

Well I decided to take it a bit farther, I did the plank shield method you taught in "energy work" and behind my closed eye I could acually see the plank as I moved it, I moved it in different directions up and down etc.

well tonite, I was standing outside looking at the stars and decided to try to use the plank shield and I saw it as it revolved around me, with my eyes open!

I saw it, it looked alot like mist, like you would see if you were exhaling during the cold.

I saw it, I mean I've seen energy before but now I'm seeing energy that I'm moving and controling which is exciting

Hey rob

this morning I was doing the exercises again and this time I acually heard the plank as it came around me. it did this loud 'woosh'
it got louder the faster i went and lower the slower I went

is this normal?

This is not typical, but also quite possible.

Some people will feel the plank action if you pass it through them.
