bouncing?

This may not have anything to do with projection but I figured it was worth putting here since it didn't start till I started doing work on trying to project.. Would anyone have any idea what it could mean when your lying in bed and your body is making you feel like your bouncing on your bed?? if anyone knows please let me know..

like cfc says those are the viberations of your energy body loosening.

try spinning round on the spot then lying down, being dizzy like that is similar to the vibes and can be a good preperation.

CF said it "sounds like energy body loosening". Not exit vibrations. They aren't the same thing. Becoming dizzy from spinning around does not resemble exit vibrations. I would suggest reading the thread that CF linked in her post. That might give you a better idea of what you are experiencing.
