I thought I ought to pop over here and say 'thank you'.

I've been reading Astral Dynamics, after discovering my lifelong problem with 'ghost attacks' during sleep was in fact SP, linked to AP.

These episodes have frightened me for years and only in the last six months have I been able to control them a little and make the leap to AP.

I started reading Astral Dynamics about a month ago, and made fast progress.

Anyway...today for the first time I had a wonderful experience with OBE & AP that was entirely due to doing energy practise and following instructions given in the book.

So - as I said - a big, sincere thank you to the authors! It works for me!
