Shilding....

Hi everyone,
I´d like to talk about this shilding and how do you do it??

I have never bean fond of rituals in this Life or worship...in this Life it has transformed to Deep trust and Gratitude.

I have noticed though that I have a shild because it has splached against it as I during a period did be involved in a Group where I did annoy and provoke some and I am rather sure they did send something my way but it did splach against my shild.

So how do I keep my shild up....as I wrote above...by Deep trust and Gratitude and a knowing I am protected because I would ever send bad energies towards anyone what ever they Think or feel about me.
