Therefore in the context of my subject please avoid philosophy, psychology, any vast everyday councils and other.

I'm currently on 35 days of total abstinence and I'm not doing any special techniques to sublimate the energy.

I've experimented with sublimation in the past with bad results. In general, the advise is to move the energy up the spine and into the crown and back down into the dantian through the "microcosmic orbit": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microcosmic_orbit

For me, that made hot energy go up my spine and into my head where it stayed and gave me many problems. It's a common problem that energy goes up in a man's head and doesn't come back down again and can lead to kundalini psychosis: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kundalini_syndrome

^ It's very useful in reducing sexual urges without forcing hot energy up the spine, but inevitably the urges come back sooner or later.

You might want to investigate Taoism a bit more, they have helpful methods for celibacy and sexual energy sublimation. There is one excersise I forget the name of, but it involves creating a two way link between your heart and your genitals. Your heart in Taoism is fire and your genitals are water, the heart fire "steams" the water which then rises to the heart sublimated and then descends and creates a suction vacuum which perpetuates the cycle. There's a specific way of doing this though and some warnings, perhaps I'll remember the name. I will post if I do.

The name of the exercise is "Kan and Li" or the "Lesser Kan and Li".

I originally learned the exercise from a website but it was a basic version which you could learn and implement quickly and most likely didn't have the possible dangers associated with the full practice. The website was very good and I tried finding it for a long time with no luck as it was taken down... but then I remembered the internet archive and found it. I recommend this website, it has some very good practical articles about other practices as well so consider reading other related articles in there such as "establishing the abdomen", "the extraordinary vessels" etc.
