OBE and physical manipulation

Hello everyone, I have a quick question... is it possible to modify physic object during an OBE? Like moving stuff or turning a light on, etc. Has anyone done it or heard of someone doing it?

I guess that if it is possible it should be a really hard thing to accomplish requiring lots of practice and energy, but anyways...

It is possible but it need a lot of concentration and energy

I don't think it can. The physical is out of phase with the astral, and to modify something you'd have to go to the causal plane. I don't know if we can even do it just like that.

Haha nothing really, just from what i've read and heard it seems that under specific circumstances there can be interaction sometimes. Not complex actions, but slight ones like moving an object or touching a person. Once I am able to project at will i'll try it I guess

I have this 2 levels, eighder I remember or I do not....What I remember I know...and of course the other is the opposite.
