Hi Robert,

Tip; do not abort an OBE exit. If you do, this can cause a psychological reflex that can interfere with future obe exits, eg, you will subconsciously 'flinch' every time you get close to the exit and this will end the exit. Make up your mind to go through with the exit come what may.
What's the best approach if you've already aborted OBEs? When I was young, I resisted spontaneous OBEs because I thought something was trying to forcibly yank me from my body. I know better now, but I think the flinch reflex is in place. Any tips on how to overcome it?
