What does it mean if I feel a heavy pronounced heartbeat? I don't mean a rapid beat but a beat about normal speed or slower but strong enough that you feel it in your own chest. Is this just body awareness or is it the onset of a projection?

It might be either. Or a combo of both, since when you're in a trance some sensations become more pronounced when others become less pronounced.
