If you do chakra work don't do any in the forehead chakras, work the other ones, and when you're done, run energy down your body and ground well.
If you meditate using a point of focus, try moving the focus to your belly or chest instead of points in the head. It all depends on what you do and how you do it in particular, and what kind of a lifestyle you lead. Cerebral people tend to have overactive higher chakras, and need to balance with grounding and 'earth type' activities.
