I only work with Bindu to complete the master circuit when the Kundalini spikes (also my tongue feels strange in Kichri Mudra).
You might want to google "Bindu Chakra" for more details.

I have had pain for years in Vishuddhi, Anahata, Manipura, Swadishhana, Mooladhare, it has disabled me nearly total, how can I help myself to relese and heal it??

what do you mean when you say "I have had pain in these parts for years"? , as in constant non-stop pain? if so do you not think that warrants a trip to the hospital?

also you need to describe what you mean by "it has totally nearly disabled me" , how do you walk around and get work done if you are totally disabled ?

you can try NEW , but I honestly haven't advised anyone to take up energy work to aid or abate the kind of issues you have (severe debilitating ones).
you really need to see an orthopedic surgeon , compressed or slipped discs or hernia or bodily pain , the sort you describe can be from multiple reasons , fibromyalgia being one , this requires intensive testing , rehab and an experts assistance.
I don't know what health laws/regulation/access is like in Sweden but if you approach a specialist for help (and explain your monetary situation) they might just take your case up for free (most doctors if approached correctly do sometimes take up pro bono cases) , other than that I really don't have any advise.
You can post a request in the healing corner , if some does remote healing work they might reply back.

Thank you for your reply DC,
I have fighted in 10 years for help, authoriteas just want it to be called physological, (depersonalization disorder) but when a body is injured, there is no way how hard you work on your physologigal issues after a trauma as I have bean bean beated up so badly that I did get a brain injury and epilepsy it took 10 yrs for that injury to heal, so I was able to take my driving liscense in 1991. I have told authorities that it is my body what is injured and I can not eat drugs to lessen the pain, what does disable me, my body does not let me take drugs I will wommit it up and get very sick....I have meditated and worked very hard with my mind to detatche from my body, but it does work to some extent but not to that fully that I can work...I need very much calm and peace of mind and have to rest several time a day, when the pain will increase if I do some home work...I can not take long walks becasuse the pain will increase, and I get in my muscules too pain like I have bean doing body training for hours and will be totally handicapped and need to be in bed for rest, to be this pain broaken as I am and not be able to eat strong pain-killers, I have tried also nerv-pain med´s and that did affect my brain so badly that it was like a chemical castration of me...I can not eat this kind of med´s....The authorities have put such a preassure on me so I did get real sick and they had to by surgery take my thyrothea gland ...this stress will kill me in the end if not authorities will give me a brake as to give me sick pension or my body will die, and that everyone knows what that means, right.

it's 2 weeks now since I have a new very strange buzzing sensation in the right shoulder blade,

it feels like some sort of wet cloth in that spot...

I haven't ever heard about any energy centers on the shoulder blades....

I think perhaps it might be some kind of emotional blockage... who knows

Aunt Clair once mentioned angel (or demon) wings forming in the energy body. If the feeling turns bilateral, that might be it. If not, it could just be a fast muscle twitch. But who knows.
