In threads (like this one) i am able to see everyones' avatar, that has one. Some people don't have an avatar & so their name appears by itself without a picture.

The members who donot have avatars show up in my 'What's new' activity stream as having this instead of a picture:



Others have a picture, others whose pictures don't show, have just a white space
