Mudras

Hey friends!
I wanted to share a recent experience in an OBE.
I had no real idea of what mudras are (still don't). Nevertheless, while still in bed, I felt my etheric(?) fingers go into a heart shape posture, right before I slipped out of the body. It was an unconscious thing, something that came from the higher self. Then I had a cool experience with astral wind but I won't get into that
After searching I found out it seemed like I used the third eye mudra.
I think it looked similiar to the posture in the picture.

So I wanted to ask- what should one do with mudras? can you explain a little bit about them? did you have a similiar experience?

did you search the forum dontco? , I did , a lot of threads showed up for mudras , have a look , something worth your time is sure to pop up.
