Re: Anyone attempted energy work while swimming
I used to swim very regularly (at least once a week) and I tried doing energy work while swimming, but I found it quite difficult to do. The sensation of the water, of having to regulate breathing so as not to gulp down the pool water, having to coordinate limbs, etc., takes a good deal of focus, so much so that I couldn't really concentrate on the energy manipulation.
I did have some success with doing energy work while floating or lounging around in a smaller, warm pool, or in a spa.
Possibly, if I were a better or more "automatic" swimmer, I'd be able to concentrate more on the energy, but it takes all my focus to swim for a variety of reasons.
